Character Design Challenge #2 - Theme: Pokémon

A small tribute to one of my favorite childhood worlds.
For this month’s Character Design Challenge theme (Pokémon) I wanted to explore a softer, more intimate take on these characters.

I imagined a younger Misty, carefree and curious, riding alongside an Alolan Ninetales (one of my personal favorites) focusing on cuteness and elegance and Ash Ketchum with Pikachu leaning into a more energetic and iconic feel, with stronger poses and clearer action readability.

A mix of nostalgia, warmth, and a bit of reinterpretation.
